Terms of Service
The terms that apply to this website and to every job Essential ADAS LLC performs for a shop. Plain language, twelve short sections. Questions about any of them: (737) 279-4863 or info@essentialcalibration.com.
Effective September 26, 2026. These terms cover the essentialadas.com website and the calibration, alignment, diagnostic and programming services provided by Essential ADAS LLC ("Essential ADAS", "we", "us"), 35931 Ronald Reagan Blvd, Georgetown, TX 78633. By using the site or sending us a job, you agree to them.
1. Who our services are for
Essential ADAS provides services to businesses: collision repair shops, dealerships, auto glass shops, fleets and independent repair shops. When a shop sends us a vehicle, the shop is our customer, even when the vehicle belongs to the shop's customer or the work is paid by an insurer. The shop confirms that it is authorized to have the work performed on the vehicle it sends us.
2. Job requests, confirmation and scheduling
A request sent through the site, by email, by phone or by text is not a booking until we confirm it. When we confirm, we tell you which operations the manufacturer's procedure requires for the vehicle and the repair, and the expected return time. Return times are estimates made in good faith; parts, procedure requirements, weather for dynamic calibrations, and findings during the job can change them, and we will tell you when they do.
3. Pickup, delivery and vehicle custody
Pickup and delivery are included inside our published service area and arranged job by job outside it. By sending us a vehicle you authorize our staff to drive it for pickup, delivery, dynamic calibration and the ADAS verification road test, and to connect diagnostic equipment to it. We photograph each vehicle at check-in and at delivery and note existing damage. Vehicles in our custody are kept at our facility except while being driven for those purposes. We are not responsible for personal items left in a vehicle.
4. How the work is done
Every calibration is performed to the vehicle manufacturer's procedure for the VIN. When the procedure requires a wheel alignment, fuel level, tire pressure, ride height or other preparation first, we perform or complete that preparation before calibrating and bill any operation that carries its own line. If a calibration will not complete, we stop, diagnose and document the cause, and contact you before performing any additional work. Diagnostic labor is quoted before it starts.
5. Pricing, invoices and payment
Services are priced per operation according to our current rate card, which we provide on request. Each invoice lists one line per operation with the manufacturer procedure citation for that operation. Where an insurer's price guide governs the job and we have agreed to apply it, we do. Pickup, check-in, calibration prep and the pre-service diagnostic scan are included at no charge unless the rate card states otherwise. Invoices are payable by the shop under the account terms set up with your first job, regardless of whether an insurer has approved the line. Past-due balances may be subject to late charges as allowed by Texas law.
6. Documentation
Every job returns with a documentation package: the required operations with citations, pre- and post-service scan reports, calibration reports, alignment printout when performed, road-test record, photos and the itemized invoice. You may use the package for your repair file, supplement and insurer review. The package documents the work we performed on the date we performed it; it is not a warranty of other repairs or of the vehicle's overall condition.
7. Recalibration
If a system we calibrated sets a related trouble code or fails verification after return, and the vehicle has not been repaired, disturbed or damaged since, bring it back or send it back and we will re-scan and recalibrate at no charge. This does not cover calibrations that fail because of parts, glass, brackets, alignment or damage outside the work we performed, or because of a later repair.
8. Limits on our responsibility
We perform each service to the manufacturer's procedure and verify it on the road. To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, our responsibility for any claim arising from a service is limited to the amount you paid us for that service, and we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses such as lost cycle time, rental charges, lost profits or claim denials. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Your customer's information
Vehicle and owner information that comes with a job is used only to perform and document that job and is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Essential ADAS does not market repair services to the vehicle owners whose vehicles are sent to us by shops.
10. Website
The information on this site describes our services in general terms; the manufacturer's procedure for the specific vehicle governs what is required for any given repair. We may change the site, our services and these terms at any time by posting the change here. Trademarks and system names of vehicle manufacturers belong to their owners and are used only to identify the systems we calibrate.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Williamson County, Texas.
